A Visa, Master Card, or American Express number and one night's deposit is required at time of booking, and full balance of your stay is due upon check-in.

As with most other bed and breakfasts, you will not find round-the-clock, full-time staff attending to registration and check-in. It is therefore important to be relatively precise when stating your arrival time, and arrive punctually, or otherwise advise if delayed by unforeseen circumstances to ensure someone is here to greet you.
Breakfast is served at 8 A.M. Food restrictions need to be discussed at time of booking.

Early or late check-ins are welcome with advance notice and specific arrival time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You are responsible and charged for the cost of your stay at time of booking. Full refunds, less one night's deposit, are provided with 14 days notice.
Cancellation refunds and substitutions do not apply to One night stays, Special Events (ie. Calgary Stampede, Petroleum Convention, major cultural and sporting events, etc.) and    Winter Rate Special. These stays are to be paid in full at time of booking without refund.
